At Vland, we are committed to customer satisfaction, helping you solve any issues, and making your vehicle cooler with our products. We take pride in our product quality and strict quality control system. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at support@vlandmods.com, providing your order number, clear pictures or videos to obtain return authorization. Any unauthorized returns will result in invalid transactions, and no further refund or replacement will be provided. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items returned to us without a request will not be accepted. (Please note: If the return is due to customer reasons, we will not provide a shipping label.)
When returning the package, please ensure the items are undamaged and all accessories are complete. (Excluding items that are defective, damaged, or missing upon receipt.) Attach the return shipping label we provide to your package and send it to the address provided by our customer service. (Do not return to the address on the package).
If the return is due to consumer reasons, the consumer shall bear the shipping cost. The specific cost should be based on the courier company you choose. If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the resulting shipping costs. No restocking fee is charged to the consumer for returning the product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Our excellent customer service team will be able to assist you with all eligible returns. We will do our best to ensure everything is in line with our guidelines. Please refer to the information below for more details on our return and exchange policy.
(1). 30-Day Unconditional Refund Guarantee for Unopened and Unused Items: If, for any reason, you do not want the item within 30 days of receiving it, you may contact us for a return and refund. The item must be returned in its original packaging and must be unused and unopened to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. [Send a photo of the unopened package to my email, and we will process it within 1-2 business days.] For items without quality issues, ensure the return has been authorized by support@vlandmods.com, or it will affect your return and refund processing.

Return of Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately and provide photos or videos of the defective or damaged item within 7 days. In this case, we will consider providing replacement parts after inspection. [Send photos of the defective or damaged items to my email, and we will process them within 1-2 business days.]
(3). Return of Incorrect or Incompatible Items: If you receive an item that is completely different from what you ordered or is incompatible with your equipment (due to an error in the original description of the item on our website), please contact our customer service immediately and provide the following proof within 7 days: 1; Photos or videos of the incorrect item; 2; Photos or videos showing that the product is incorrect or incompatible;
Please follow our return process carefully to minimize delays: 1. Contact Vland customer support (support@vlandmods.com) to initiate a return and obtain authorization. 2. Indicate the order/item you wish to return and the reason: • Order Number • SKU Number or Product Name • Reason for return and screen recording proof of product issues 3. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours. If your order/item meets the return conditions, you will receive return authorization. You will need to provide your pickup address and contact information. 4. Confirm “Return Method” and “Refund Details” You must use the return carrier we provide. Please note, unless the package was shipped incorrectly or you received a defective item, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable. 5. Safely package your return items. Our staff will pick up the returned goods directly from the address you provide. 6. Confirm Refund. We will process the refund within 2-5 business days of receiving your package.
Items sold directly by Vland or an authorized dealer are covered by a comprehensive 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for any quality defects. For warranty claims related to quality, if a factory-refurbished model of equal value is available, the item will be replaced with that model; otherwise, a new item will be sent. All replacements have the same warranty period as the original defective product. After a full refund, the product warranty will expire. If a product purchased from Vland is defective, you must notify us within 7 days. After receiving the inquiry, if the product is in stock, we will send a replacement product within 24-48 hours. If out of stock, it may take up to 90 days to send you a replacement product. We require all customers to properly troubleshoot and record the entire process via video. If the proper troubleshooting steps are not followed, no replacement parts will be issued. Once the troubleshooting steps are completed and documented, a replacement part will be sent to the customer immediately (if in stock). We will ask customers to return defective parts to us (a return shipping label will be provided). Upon receipt of the defective parts, our team will test them again. If the item is found to have no defects, the customer's future warranty for replacements on this product will be void.
